The product is physically damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos of the issue are shared for verification
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized products featuring personal logos, text, images, or branding
Orders submitted with incorrect designs, spelling, or details provided by the customer
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
