As all products offered by DigitalDesk are custom-made and produced based on customer specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.


Eligible for Replacement (Only If):

  • The product is physically damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are shared for verification


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products featuring personal logos, text, images, or branding

  • Orders submitted with incorrect designs, spelling, or details provided by the customer


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
